How to play

The board has two rows of seven holes. The row nearest you is yours. Every hole starts with the same number of shells.

On your turn, tap one of your holes. All its shells get sown one by one into the following holes, in the direction chosen for the match, skipping the hole they came from. When the last shell lands, the shells in the next hole are picked up and sowing carries on.

If the next hole is empty, sowing stops. You capture the hole after the empty one along with the hole facing it. If that hole is empty too, you get nothing. Either way, your turn ends.

The round ends when either row runs out of shells. Each player then keeps whatever is left on their own side, and whoever holds more shells wins the round.

For the next round, each player refills their holes from their own winnings. A player without enough shells leaves holes empty, and those holes are closed for the round. The match ends when someone can't fill a single hole.
